About

Built by people who kept answering the same questions

The company began with a familiar scene: the same questions arriving from different buyers, the same documents pulled out again, the same last-minute scramble before a deadline.

Where the idea came from

Manisha spent years building workflow automation for enterprise sales and operations teams. The pattern followed her from company to company: capable presales groups with solid documentation, still rebuilding the same answers for each new questionnaire because the originals sat in a shared drive nobody had indexed.

Ryan worked on information retrieval systems for enterprise clients across several industries. The gap he kept running into was between what search could deliver and what a security questionnaire actually demands. Precision is the whole game; a keyword hit stripped of context can hand a buyer the wrong claim about your security posture.

They started SiftHub in 2023 to close that gap. The intent was never to take presales teams out of the response. It was to remove the parts that ask nothing of their judgement: hunting for documents, reformatting, matching the same answer to the same question for the twentieth time. What remains is the work that needs a person, from answers only an engineer can give to the deals that need attention.

Three things we will not trade away

An answer you can defend

A slower answer you can stand behind beats a fast one someone has to re-check. Confidence scoring puts the state of every answer in front of the team before anything is submitted.

Presales is skilled work

Solution engineering and proposal writing take judgement, not clerical effort. We treat presales people as experts with limited time, and we point that time at the decisions only they can make.

A score that tells the truth

The model scores its own answers so the team knows exactly where it stands. A high score points to a strong match from a trusted source. A low score is a prompt to look closer, never a green light.

We are hiring
